Order Processing Time

Most HoneyAnt items require about 3 working days to be made and prepared before shipment. Because our pieces are handmade, processing time may vary slightly during busy periods, holidays, or for more detailed designs.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 5–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the shipping service available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by customs, local postal services, holidays, weather, or other situations outside our control.

Worldwide Shipping

HoneyAnt offers worldwide shipping to many countries and regions. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order. From time to time, we may offer free shipping or promotional shipping offers. These offers may depend on order value, location, or product selection.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label is created.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. HoneyAnt is not responsible for delays, returned parcels, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before the order ships, but address changes may not be possible once the parcel has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international orders, your country or region may charge customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.

HoneyAnt is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help check the tracking information.

If tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier, mailbox, front desk, neighbors, or building reception.
