Yes. HoneyAnt charms are made in small batches with genuine leather, careful cutting, hand-stitched details, and thoughtful finishing. Because each piece is handmade, small variations may occur.

Are handmade variations normal?

Yes. Slight differences in stitching, leather texture, shape, color tone, or hardware placement are normal for handmade products. These details are part of the handmade character and are not considered defects.

What materials are used?

Are the colors exactly the same as the photos?

No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. If the order has not entered production or has not shipped, we will try to help. Once the item has entered production or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

How long does it take to make my order?

Why has my tracking not updated?

Because HoneyAnt products are handmade and prepared in small batches, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, minor handmade variations, or slight color differences caused by screen settings.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please email us within 10 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a short explanation of the issue.
