We want you to feel happy with your HoneyAnt piece. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Return Window

Please contact us within 10 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.

To request a return, refund, or solution, please email us with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging.

Eligible Return Situations

Returns or order solutions may be accepted if:

The item arrives damaged.
The item is defective.
The wrong item was sent.
The item is significantly different from the product description.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

Handmade Variations

Each HoneyAnt piece is handmade. Small differences in stitching, leather texture, color tone, shape, or hardware placement may occur. These natural handmade variations are part of the character of the product and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Situations

Because our products are handmade and prepared in small batches, we generally do not accept returns for:

Change of mind.
Minor handmade variations.
Slight color differences caused by screen settings or lighting.
Items that have been used, worn, damaged, or altered by the customer.
Gift packaging that has been opened or damaged.
Custom or personalized items, if offered.
Final sale or clearance items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our mistake, such as a wrong item or defective item, we will help provide a suitable solution.

For returns not caused by our error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and payment processing fees may not be refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not entered production or has not shipped, we will try to cancel it. Once the item has entered production or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
