Track Your Order
Thank you for shopping with HoneyAnt.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. You can use the tracking number in that email to follow your package.
Order Processing Time
Most HoneyAnt items are handmade in small batches. Please allow about 3 working days for your order to be made and prepared before shipment.
After your order ships, estimated delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location, local carrier, customs, holidays, weather, and other factors outside our control.
How to Track Your Order
You can track your order by:
1. Checking your shipping confirmation email.
2. Clicking the tracking link provided in the email.
3. Copying the tracking number and checking it on the carrier’s website.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label is created. Sometimes tracking may take 24–72 hours to update.
Tracking Has Not Updated
If your tracking number has not updated immediately, please do not worry. This can happen when the parcel is waiting to be scanned by the carrier.
If there is no update for several days, please contact us and we will help check the status.
Package Marked as Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check:
Your mailbox.
Your front door or porch.
Your building reception or front desk.
Your neighbors.
Your local carrier or post office.
If you still cannot find the package, please contact us with your order number and tracking number.
